As its motto "Straight Ahead to Value" the BASF invited more than 80 international financial analysts and representatives of institutional investors to the Investor Day which took place on November 8 and 9, 2006 in Kassel. Two days the management of BASF and Wintershall presented the oil and gas business of the group to the financial experts - code numbers, investments and future projects. Successfully: Apart from the positive impresssion of Wintershall's oil and gas business, buy recommendations followed and the stock prices of the BASF share rose.
