Wintershall offers as a career entry the SPEAD programme for graduates with degrees in Petroleum Engineering (Reservoir, Drilling, Production) and Geoscience.

The aim of the SPEAD programme is to develop highly qualified university graduates within our company. We offer you a tailor-made combination of  “on the job training” supplemented with dedicated technical training over a 2-year period in order to equip you with the skills and competencies to excel in your future role within Wintershall. SPEAD combines practical training within the company’s domestic and international operational units with training courses dealing in-depth with technical issues.

Prerequisite for the SPEAD programme and for your future employment with Wintershall is a high degree of mobility  including the willingness to take on a demanding international position for several years. You must have excellent command of English as well as a high degree of commitment and excellent teamwork skills.
